On Tuesday 8 June and Wednesday 9 June maintenance took place by Logius on Digipoort Financial and Digipoort SBR Tax Authorities. We have noticed that submitted XBRL reports in some rare cases are not fully processed by the Digipoort or not fully processed at the requesting parties (regulator) side. This can result in no final end status being issued whether it is a submitted message or awaiting on a status.

What can you do.
First of all, you can have a little patience, normally messages are still picked up and processed by Logius and the requesting party.
Another option is to resubmit the message for processing. Based on information from the past, we see that the message is handled as expected by the process.

If this does not have the desired result, our suggestion would be to contact the requesting party or to create a ticket at Logius service center via https://logius.nl/contact/formulieren/algemeen-informatie.
