Today, our xbrlOne PublicCloud instance is deployed in KPN datacenters. To ensure our scalability and security into the future, we’ve decided to deploy the relevant instances to Microsoft Azure (Western Europe region). The changeover will take place from 26th October starting 17.00hrs to 22.00hrs.
During this time, our technical team will migrate the relevant data, configurations, and software to the new infrastructure. As an end user or consumer of our services, you should not notice any difference as all publicly facing URLs (UI and API) will be accessible in the same way as before including all credentials. There will only be a DNS changeover to point you from the old infrastructure to the new infrastructure. Because of this strategy, you should not notice any downtime or need to change any configurations on your side.
